Cross City Union is, Ally Burnside (vocals, electric and acoustic guitars) and Steve Swatton (vocals, bass and acoustic guitars), a rock duo from Chichester, West Sussex, UK.

In March 2026, Cross City Union release Ghosts to Rest, their debut album — a dynamic collection of material that captures the breadth of their sound; ranging from acoustic based songs, to punchy hard rock tracks, with powerful riffs, and hook laden choruses.

At the heart of CCU is a long-standing friendship and writing partnership rooted in a shared love of great songs.  Drawing on years of playing together, and in separate projects. The duo focus on melody, feel, and guitar-driven songwriting.

In 2020 CCU released their self-titled debut EP.  Singles My Addiction and Fault Lines gained widespread radio play around the world, which peaked with multiple plays on national UK rock radio station, Planet Rock.
